This right to exchange does not apply to personalized products, made to measure or made to order products, cosmetics and fragrances. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, in its original packaging box, with the tags attached and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. For lingerie products, the undergarment protection, when provided, also must be intact. No exceptions will be accepted.
